| 4 | 1, on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 19 the | ||||||

| 6 | ""Sexual assault" means: (1) an act of sexual conduct, as | ||||||
| 7 | defined in Section 11-0.1 of the Criminal Code of 2012; or (2) | ||||||
| 8 | any act of sexual penetration, as defined in Section 11-0.1 of | ||||||
| 9 | the Criminal Code of 2012 and includes, without limitation, | ||||||
| 10 | acts prohibited under Sections 11-1.20 through 11-1.60 of the | ||||||
| 11 | Criminal Code of 2012.".
