AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 516 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 516, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
45, on page 12, by replacing lines 9 through 16 with "into the 
5Rebuild Illinois Projects Fund. If at any point after June 1, 
62020 there are no pending applications for a license under 
7subsection (e-5) and not all licenses authorized under 
8subsection (e-5) have been issued, then the Board shall reopen 
9the license application process for those licenses authorized 
10under subsection (e-5) that have not been issued. The Board 
11shall follow the licensing process provided in subsection (e-5) 
12with all time frames tied to the last date of a final order 
13issued by the Board under subsection (e-5) rather than the 
14effective date of the amendatory Act."; and
