SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Healthy Local Food Incentives Fund for the purposes set forth in subsection (d) of Section 12-4.50 of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Effective July 1, 2021.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Healthy Local Food Incentives Fund for the purposes set forth in subsection (d) of Section 12-4.50 of the Illinois Public Aid Code.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2021.
