SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Black Community Provider Network for the operational purposes of that organization. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Black Community Provider Network for the operational purposes of that organization.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
