SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $109,087 to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for a grant to the Aurora Police Department for the costs of maintenance of the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network (NIBIN) equipment installed at the Aurora Police Department. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $109,087 is appropriated to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority to the Aurora Police Department for the costs of maintenance of the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network (NIBIN) equipment installed at the Aurora Police Department.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
