SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $500,000 to the Capitol Restoration Trust Fund for expenses associated with the acquisition, placement, and maintenance of the statue of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $500,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Capitol Restoration Trust Fund for expenses associated with the acquisition, placement, and maintenance of the statue of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
