SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Executive Ethics Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022, as follows:

General Funds                    $ 9,271,000

Other State Funds                $ 2,913,000

Total                            $12,184,000

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $9,271,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

 

    Section 10.  The amount of $1,015,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

 

    Section 15.  The amount of $837,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Board Revolving Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

 

    Section 20.  The amount of $1,061,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Professional Services Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

 

Section 99.  Effective Date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
