SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $100,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Emergency Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants to state designated cultural districts.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
