| 8 | | Sec. 2605-597. State Police Fund lockbox. Notwithstanding |
| 9 | | any provision of law to the contrary, moneys held in the State |
| 10 | | Police Firearm Services Fund, the Mental Health Reporting |
| 11 | | Fund, and the Firearm Dealer License Certification Fund for |
| 12 | | use by the Illinois State Police shall be neither used nor |
| 13 | | transferred to another fund for a purpose other than as |
| 14 | | specifically provided by law.
