Amends the State Finance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section
concerning the deposit of money received by the Division of Highways of the
Department of Transportation into the Road Fund.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 6c as follows:
|
| 6 | | (30 ILCS 105/6c) (from Ch. 127, par. 142c)

| 7 | | Sec. 6c.
All fees and
and other money received by the |
| 8 | | Division of
Highways of the Department of Transportation |
| 9 | | shall, upon
being paid into the State treasury, be placed in |
| 10 | | the Road Fund.
After the effective date of this amendatory Act |
| 11 | | of 1980, investment income
which is attributable to the |
| 12 | | investment of moneys of the Road Fund shall
be retained in the |
| 13 | | Road Fund. |
