| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Election Code is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 7-6 as follows:

The
The expense of conducting each primary, |

diem of judges, furnishing, warming, |
| 9 | | lighting and maintaining the
polling place, and all other |
| 10 | | expenses necessarily incurred in the

| 11 | | conducting such primary shall be paid in the same
manner, and |
| 12 | | by the same authorities or officers as provided in Sections

| 13 | | 17-30 through 17-32 of this Code. |
