AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3139

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3139, on page 1,
3immediately above line 4, by inserting the following:
 
4    "Section 3. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
5changing Sections 4.32 and 4.37 as follows:
 
6    (5 ILCS 80/4.32)
7    Sec. 4.32. Acts repealed on January 1, 2022. The following
8Acts are repealed on January 1, 2022:
9    The Boxing and Full-contact Martial Arts Act.
10    The Cemetery Oversight Act.
11    The Collateral Recovery Act.

13Disciplinary Act.
14    The Crematory Regulation Act.
15    The Detection of Deception Examiners Act.

21    The Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Act.
22    The Medical Practice Act of 1987.

1on page 82, by replacing lines 5 through 10 with the following:
2    "(c) Each order of revocation, suspension, or other
3disciplinary action shall contain a brief, concise statement
4of the ground or grounds upon which the Department's action is
5based, as well as the specific terms and conditions of such
6action. This document shall be retained as a permanent record
7by the Department Disciplinary Board and the Secretary."; and
 
8on page 86, immediately below line 8, by inserting the
9following:
 
10    "Section 99. Effective date. This Section and Section 3
11take effect upon becoming law.".
