| 6 | "(b) The disposal by incineration of any perfluoroalkyl | ||||||
| 7 | and polyfluoroalkyl substance, including, but not limited to, | ||||||
| 8 | aqueous film forming foam, is prohibited in Illinois. The | ||||||
| 9 | Agency may adopt any rules or regulations it deems necessary | ||||||
| 10 | in order to carry out the provisions of this Section.".
