| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4243

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4243 on page 2, | ||||||
| 3 | immediately below line 20, by inserting the following:

| 4 | "At the end of each school year, the school district shall | ||||||
| 5 | catalogue and report to the State Board of Education the total | ||||||
| 6 | amount that remains unpaid by students due to the prohibition | ||||||
| 7 | under this subsection (c). | ||||||
| 8 | (d) On and after 3 years from the effective date of this | ||||||
| 9 | amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly, subsection (c) | ||||||
| 10 | is inoperative.".
