AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4274

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4274 on page 2,
3line 15, after "window", by inserting "as an interim solution
4or partial replacement that failed to mitigate, in whole or in
5part, an odorous or malfunctioning window"; and
 
6on page 2, line 16, after the period, by inserting "Residents
7who have altered or modified a replacement window or accepted
8a replacement screen for the window as an interim solution or
9partial replacement who apply for future mitigation services
10shall be sequenced in the ordinary course of the Program upon a
11finding of eligibility."; and
 
12on page 4, line 20, by replacing "hardship." with "hardship,
13except when at least 10% of the number of applicants eligible
14to receive a replacement fail to demonstrate extreme
15hardship."; and
