1    AN ACT concerning State government.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
4    Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is 
5amended  by changing Section 20-5 as follows:
 



6    (20 ILCS 801/20-5)



7    Sec. 20-5. State Museum. The Department of Natural 
8Resources
shall have within it the the office of the Illinois 
9State Museum. The
Board of the Illinois State Museum is 
10retained as the governing
board for the State Museum.
