| 4 | No. 1, by replacing lines 21 through 26 on page 42 and line 1 | ||||||
| 5 | on page 43 with the following: | ||||||
| 6 | "transports. The provider shall maintain the certification in | ||||||
| 7 | its records. The provider shall also maintain documentation of | ||||||
| 8 | all non-emergency ambulance services for the period covered by | ||||||
| 9 | the certification. The provider shall produce the | ||||||
| 10 | certification and supporting documentation upon demand by the | ||||||
| 11 | Department or its representative. Failure to comply shall | ||||||
| 12 | result in recovery of any payments made by the Department.".
