| 3 | line 3, after "provider.", by inserting "For the purposes of | ||||||
| 4 | this subsection (d), health maintenance organizations that | ||||||
| 5 | provide or arrange for and pay or reimburse for the cost of any | ||||||
| 6 | health care services for persons who are enrolled in the | ||||||
| 7 | medical assistance programs under the Illinois Public Aid Code | ||||||
| 8 | shall comply with provider notification requirements | ||||||
| 9 | established by the Department of Healthcare and Family | ||||||
| 10 | Services.".
