5 | | (a) The Director of the Department of Natural Resources, |
6 | | on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute |
7 | | and deliver to the City of Morris, a municipality organized |
8 | | and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, of the |
9 | | County of Grundy, State of Illinois, for and in consideration |
10 | | of $1 paid to the Department, a quitclaim deed to the following |

6 | | title, the enacting clause, the effective date, and this |
7 | | Section within 60 days after its effective date and, upon |
8 | | receipt of the payment required by subsection (a), shall |
9 | | deliver to the City of Morris to record the certified document |
10 | | and quitclaim deed in the Recorder's Office in the county in |
11 | | which the land is located. |
12 | | Section 10. Conveyance to the Forest Preserve District of |
13 | | Cook County. |
14 | | (a) The Director of the Department of Natural Resources, |
15 | | on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute |
16 | | and deliver to the Forest Preserve District of Cook County, a |
17 | | forest preserve district organized and existing under the laws |
18 | | of the State of Illinois, of the County of Cook, State of |
19 | | Illinois, for and in consideration of $1 paid to said |
