The
The Department shall make reasonable rules |

regulations to govern the admission, maintenance, and |
| 9 | | discharge
of residents of the Illinois Veterans Homes |
| 10 | | consistent
with the spirit and provisions of Sections 2.01 |
| 11 | | through 2.06.
Whenever an applicant is admitted, the |
| 12 | | Department shall
notify him or her of such rules and |
| 13 | | regulations. |
