SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened
3to learn of the death of Willis G. Foutch of Moline, who passed
4away on April 23, 2021; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Willis Foutch was born to Guy and Elva (Lawuer)
6Foutch in Astoria on August 9, 1936; he married Nancy Jo
7Lindquist in Moline on November 27, 1956; he served in the U.S.
8Army during the Korean War; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Willis Foutch retired from the Rock Island County
10Sheriff's Department; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Willis Foutch enjoyed playing in his country
12western band; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Willis Foutch was preceded in death by his wife;
14and
 
15    WHEREAS, Willis Foutch is survived by his children, Mike
16(Judi) Cirricione, Patricia Marx, and Daniel Foutch; his five
17grandchildren; and his eight great-grandchildren; therefore,
18be it
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
2Willis G. Foutch and extend our sincere condolences to his
3family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
4further
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
6presented to the family of Willis Foutch as an expression of
7our deepest sympathy.
