SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened
3to learn of the death of Richard "Rick" Repmann II, who passed
4away on September 28, 2021; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Rick Repmann was born in St. Louis, Missouri to
6Richard "Rich" and Joy (Broadwater) Repmann on April 24, 1975;
7and
 
8    WHEREAS, Rick Repmann had worked as a chef at numerous
9restaurants; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Rick Repmann was full of life and never met a
11stranger; he could not go anywhere without seeing someone he
12knew or making new friends; he overcame numerous obstacles in
13his life and prevailed; he had a great heart and loved his
14entire family very much; he loved his mama cat more than
15anything in this world; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Rick Repmann was preceded in death by his mother,
17Joy Repmann, and his brother, Travis; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Rick Repmann is survived by his father and
19stepmother, Rich and Martha Repmann; his sister, Rhonda
20Miller; his stepsister, Kim Klopfer; his son, Ricky Repmann;

1his fiance, Mary Hurst, and her daughters, Christina Weiss,
2Cheryl Hurst, and Jasmine Hurst; his grandchildren, Leela Mae,
3Izzy, Gavin, Conner, Paisley, and Caroline; and numerous
4special people in his life, including Pauline Cameron, Danny
5Wieczorek, Cheri Crider, Steve Landreth, and Nick Graham;
6therefore, be it
 
7    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL
8ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
9Richard "Rick" Repmann II and extend our sincere condolences
10to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be
11it further
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13presented to the family of Rick Repmann as an expression of our
14deepest sympathy.
