AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1635




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1635 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:


 
 
4    "Section 5. The Executive Director of the Lake County 
5Forest Preserve District, on behalf of the District, is 
6authorized to execute and deliver to the United States of 
7America and its assigns, a quit claim deed to the following

11    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
12becoming law.".
