2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 1. This Act may be referred to as the Mandatory |
5 | | Supervised Release Transparency Act. |
6 | | Section 5. The Unified Code of Corrections is amended by |
7 | | changing Section 5-4.5-5 as follows: |
8 | | (730 ILCS 5/5-4.5-5) |
9 | | Sec. 5-4.5-5. STANDARD SENTENCING. Except as specifically |
10 | | provided elsewhere, this this Article governs sentencing for |
11 | | offenses.
