| 8 | its employment decisions may not consider" with "When using | ||||||
| 9 | predictive data analytics to make employment decisions, an | ||||||
| 10 | employer may not consider, as part of the predictive data | ||||||
| 11 | analytics tool,"; and | ||||||
| 12 | in Section 5, Sec. 2-102, subdivision (L), paragraph (2), by | ||||||
| 13 | replacing "support the inclusion of diverse candidates in | ||||||
| 14 | making employment decisions" with "support an inclusive and | ||||||
