| 9 | | Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 355(c)) that is not |
| 10 | | under patent. |
| 11 | | "Generic drug" means a drug approved in accordance with an |
| 12 | | application that references an eligible prescription drug and |
| 13 | | that is submitted under subsection (j) of Section 505 of the |
| 14 | | Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 355(j)). |
