| 6 | | non-profit investment pool and an electronic payments |
| 7 | | processing program to supplement and enhance the investment |
| 8 | | opportunities and the secure electronic payment options |
| 9 | | otherwise available to not-for-profit corporations in this |
| 10 | | State."; and

| 11 | | on page 2, line 12, by replacing "501(c)" with "501(c)(3) or |
| 12 | | 501(c)(12)". |
