| 4 | starting "Notwithstanding the provisions of this subsection | ||||||
| 5 | (h)", by replacing "if:" with "if the following conditions, as | ||||||
| 6 | applicable, are met:"; and | ||||||
| 7 | by inserting at the end of the bill the following: | ||||||
| 8 | "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||||
| 9 | becoming law.". | ||||||
