| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Homelessness Prevention Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 12.5 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 12.5. Administrative costs and case management |
| 8 | | expenses. On an annual basis, a grantee's administrative costs |
| 9 | | and case management expenses shall not exceed 20% 15% of the |
| 10 | | grant amount it receives under the Act. |
