| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives wish to congratulate Carlito Mitchell on being |
| 4 | | a part of the Jacksonville Middle School 7th grade 4x100 relay |
| 5 | | team that won the 2023 Illinois Elementary School Association |
| 6 | | State Championship; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Jacksonville Middle School took first place with |
| 8 | | a time of 47.7 seconds; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Jacksonville Middle School won 10 out of 11 races |
| 10 | | during the 2023 track season; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Jacksonville Middle School began the season with |
| 12 | | a time of 54.04 seconds at the first meet; therefore, be it
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE |
| 14 | | HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 15 | | we congratulate Carlito Mitchell on being a part of the |
| 16 | | Jacksonville Middle School 7th grade 4x100 relay team that won |
| 17 | | the 2023 Illinois Elementary School Association State |
| 18 | | Championship, and we wish him many more successful seasons; |
