| 3 | replacing lines 18 through 22 with: | ||||||
| 4 | "A parent who consents to the performance upon his or her | ||||||
| 5 | child of a health care service under this Section shall be | ||||||
| 6 | entitled, upon request, to inspect and copy the child's | ||||||
| 7 | records or any part thereof related to a health care service | ||||||
| 8 | for which the parent is treated as the child's personal | ||||||
| 9 | representative under HIPAA, 45 CFR 164.502(g).".
