| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2637 on page 3, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(a) Beginning January 1, 2028, a person or entity shall | ||||||
| 5 | not sell, deliver, distribute, hold, or offer for sale a food | ||||||
| 6 | product for human consumption that contains any of the | ||||||
| 7 | following substances:"; and | ||||||
| 8 | on page 3, by deleting lines 15 through 19; and | ||||||
| 9 | on page 3, line 20, by replacing "(c)" with "(b)"; and | ||||||
| 10 | on page 3, line 20, by deleting "or (b)"; and | ||||||
| 11 | on page 4, line 1, by replacing "(d)" with "(c)". | ||||||
