| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 3.25 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 3.25. Beef packaging; country of origin. |
