1 | | the building including living units; or |
2 | | (3) has not been retrofitted with a sprinkler system |
3 | | that covers all areas of the building including living |
4 | | units. |
5 | | (b) Each municipality or county shall provide the |
6 | | information required under subsection (a) no later than June |
7 | | 30, 2027 and by June 30 every 5 years thereafter. |
8 | | (c) The Board shall create an electronic database |
9 | | containing the information provided under subsection (a) and |
10 | | shall make that database publicly available, including, but |
11 | | not limited to, by a link on the Board's website. The database |
12 | | shall include, at a minimum, the following information for |
13 | | each residential high-rise building: the property |
14 | | identification number; the number of floors; the street |
15 | | address; and the building height. |
16 | | (d) As used in this Section: |
17 | | "Fire sprinkler system" shall have the meaning given to |
18 | | that term in Section 10 of the Fire Sprinkler Contractor |
19 | | Licensing Act. |
20 | | "Residential high-rise building" means any residential |
21 | | building used for human occupancy that is 75 feet or more above |
22 | | the lowest level of fire department vehicle access or is 7 or |
23 | | more stories in height. ". |
