4 | 1, on page 18, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with "State's | ||||||
5 | Attorney's office, or a county coroner's office upon written | ||||||
6 | request. Unredacted investigative reports, as well as raw | ||||||
7 | data, may be shared with the Department of Financial and | ||||||
8 | Professional Regulation when there is a substantiated finding | ||||||
9 | against a person licensed by the Department of Financial and | ||||||
10 | Professional Regulation who is within the Office of the | ||||||
11 | Inspector General's jurisdiction, upon written request. If, | ||||||
12 | during its investigation, the Office of the Inspector General | ||||||
13 | found credible evidence of neglect by a person licensed by the | ||||||
14 | Department of Financial and Professional Regulation who is not | ||||||
15 | within the Office's jurisdiction, the Office may provide an | ||||||
16 | unfounded or unsubstantiated investigative report or death | ||||||
17 | report, as well as raw data, with the Department of Financial | ||||||
18 | and Professional Regulation, upon written request. ". |
