AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. "An Act making appropriations", Public Act 93-842, approved July 30, 2004, is amended by changing Section 7 of Article 2 as follows:

Sec 7.
