To the Honorable Members of the

Illinois Senate

93^rd General Assembly

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 9(b) of the Illinois Constitution of 1970, I hereby veto Senate Bill 1133, entitled “AN ACT concerning state government.”   I recognize and appreciate the hard work of all the sponsors in passing this legislation.  However, Senate Bill 1133 contains identical language as Public Act 93-0318, effective January 1, 2004. 

For this reason, I hereby veto and return Senate Bill 1133.
