1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2145

2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2145 on page 3, by | ||||||
3 | replacing lines 5 through 13 with the following: | ||||||
4 | " (14) the portion of a site or facility, located within | ||||||
5 | a unit of local government that has enacted local zoning | ||||||
6 | requirements, used to accept, separate, and process | ||||||
7 | uncontaminated broken concrete, with or without protruding | ||||||
8 | metal bars, provided that the uncontaminated broken | ||||||
9 | concrete and metal bars are not speculatively accumulated, | ||||||
10 | are at the site or facility no longer than one year after | ||||||
11 | their acceptance, and are returned to the economic | ||||||
12 | mainstream in the form of raw materials or products .".
