AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2145

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2145 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 5 through 13 with the following:
4         "(14) the portion of a site or facility, located within
5 a unit of local government that has enacted local zoning
6 requirements, used to accept, separate, and process
7 uncontaminated broken concrete, with or without protruding
8 metal bars, provided that the uncontaminated broken
9 concrete and metal bars are not speculatively accumulated,
10 are at the site or facility no longer than one year after
11 their acceptance, and are returned to the economic
12 mainstream in the form of raw materials or products.".
