| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing

| superintendent shall present under oath or affirmation to the

as it may have regular or special |

| meetings, a report of all of his or
her acts as

| superintendent, including a list of all the schools visited |
| 13 |
| with the
dates of visitation.
