Appropriates $145,700 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of providing a 3% cost-of-doing-business adjustment for Centers for Independent Living. Effective immediately.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

Section 5. The sum of $145,700, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of providing a 3% cost-of-doing-business adjustment for Centers for Independent Living to continue providing core independent living services and other Disability services in the State of Illinois.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
