Appropriates $15,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to cover the cost of new community-integrated living arrangement (CILA) placements in State fiscal year 2006. Effective immediately.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $15,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to cover the cost of new community-integrated living arrangement (CILA) placements in State fiscal year 2006.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law..
