Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Civil Service Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State Civil Service Commission:

  For Personal Services........................... 232,600

  For Employee Retirement Contributions

   Paid by Employer...................................... 0

  For State Contributions to State

   Employees' Retirement System..................... 26,800

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 17,100

  For Contractual Services.......................... 55,400

  For Travel........................................ 35,600

  For Commodities.................................... 3,900

  For Printing....................................... 1,200

  For Equipment...................................... 1,000

  For Telecommunications Services.................... 7,500
