Appropriates $7,000,000 to the Department of Veterans’ Affairs for the creation of a veterans’ home at the Lincoln Developmental Center for veterans with Alzheimer’s disease. Effective immediately.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5.  The amount of $7,000,000, or as much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Veterans’ Affairs for creation of a veterans’ home at the Lincoln Developmental Center to serve veterans with Alzheimer’s disease.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
