1     AN ACT concerning civil law.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the State
5 of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in Section
6 10 of this Act, the Secretary of Transportation is authorized
7 to convey to the Village of Justice by quitclaim deed all
8 right, title, and interest of the State of Illinois in and to
9 certain property known as that part of the East Half of the
10 Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 38 North, Range 12
11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying South of the North
12 40.00 feet thereof, lying East of the West 33.00 feet thereof
13 and lying northwesterly of the Northwesterly line of Archer
14 Avenue by Document Number 12731415. Excepting thereof that
15 portion described as follows: Beginning at the south most
16 corner of the above described property; thence North 40 degrees
17 06 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 188.34 feet along the
18 Northwesterly line of Archer Avenue to the East most corner of
19 the aforesaid property thence North 89 degrees 28 minutes 17
20 seconds West a distance of 1.58 feet along the South line of
21 75th Street to a point; thence South 39 degrees 49 minutes 25
22 seconds West a distance of 186.99 feet to a point on the East
23 line of 86th Avenue; thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 04
24 seconds West a distance of 0.45 feet to the point of beginning,
25 all in Cook County, Illinois, known as IDOT Excess Parcel No.
26 OZZ0916 and generally described as a triangular parcel, the
27 Southernmost point being the intersection of Archer Avenue
28 (Illinois 171) and 86th Avenue, then running North along 86th
29 Avenue approximately 144.71 feet, then running perpendicularly
30 East approximately 118.75 feet, and then running southwesterly
31 along Archer Avenue approximately 186.99 feet to the
32 southernmost point, said parcel containing 0.197 acre (8595.51
33 square feet) more or less.

1     Section 10. The quit claim deed shall state on its face and
2 the conveyance shall be subject to the condition that if the
3 property is no longer used for public purposes, then title
4 shall revert without further action to the Illinois Department
5 of Transportation, State of Illinois.
 
6     Section 15. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain a
7 certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its effective
8 date and shall record the certified document in the Recorder's
9 Office in the county in which the land is located.
 
10     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
