New Act









    Creates the FY2006 Budget Implementation Act.  Provides that the purpose

    AN ACT in relation to budget implementation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 1. Short title.   This Act may be cited as the

FY2006 Budget
Implementation Act.

    Section 5. Purpose.   It is the purpose of this Act to make

the changes
