| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections |
| 5 |
| 10-20.40 and 34-18.34 as follows:
|

| Sec. 10-20.40. Graduation ceremony; admittance. If a |
