    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 75 as follows:

on page 12, immediately below line 28, by inserting the

following:

     "The recorder shall not collect the Rental Housing Support 
6
Program State surcharge from any unit of local government or 
7
any school district."; and

on page 16, immediately below line 14, by inserting the 
9
following:

    "The recorder shall not collect the Rental Housing Support 
11
Program State surcharge from any unit of local government or 
12
any school district.".
