| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Louise Williams of Seneca |
4 |
| on November 5, 2004; and
|
5 |
| WHEREAS, She was born February 16, 1941 in Chicago to Wayne |
6 |
| and Virgie (Spencer) Barger; she married Wilbur Williams on |
7 |
| October 12, 1963 in Chicago; and
|
8 |
| WHEREAS, Louise had a talent for sewing and a love of |
9 |
| travel; she was an avid reader and passed this gift onto her |
10 |
| children; and
|
11 |
| WHEREAS, She was a gentle woman who was always eager to |
12 |
| help her family, friends, and neighbors; she had a close |
13 |
| relationship with her children and their spouses, and was |
14 |
| particularly proud of her grandchildren, with whom she spent |
15 |
| many special hours; and
|
16 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents; her |
17 |
| grandson, Christopher Kuntzelman; and her sister, Mary |
18 |
| Lineweaver; and
|
19 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Louise Williams is felt by all who |
20 |
| knew and loved her, especially her husband; her daughters, |
21 |
| Cynthia (Scott) Kuntzelman and Cary (Greg) Williams; her son, |
22 |
| Wayne (Angela); her grandchildren, Ryan and Wade Kuntzelman and |
23 |
| Caetlin and Shannon Williams; and her brother, Ray Barger; |
24 |
| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
27 |
| Louise Williams and we extend our sincerest condolences to her |
28 |
| family, friends, neighbors, and community; and be it further
