Appropriates $10,000,000 to the Department of Natural Resources to make grants under the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Act.  Effective July 1, 2007.

$DNR-OPEN SPACE LANDS GRANTS

    AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The sum of $10,000,000, or as much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Natural Resources for the purpose of making grants under the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
