SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

 In addition to any amounts previously appropriated for that purpose, appropriates $6,620,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to fund a full 3% cost-of-doing-business increase to services provided under the Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, to be paid in the State fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007. Effective July 1, 2007.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  In addition to any amounts previously appropriated for that purpose, the sum of $6,620,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to fund a full 3% cost-of-doing-business increase to services provided under the Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, to be paid to those services in the State fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
